Foodservice Educational Seminars, Inc. is pleased to announce our 2010 Summer Festival Certification program. FES, in accordance with the City of Chicago Department of Public Health, is offering an educational three (3) hour training, which will prepare vendors to operate in compliance with the codes and guidelines for safe outdoor food handling during summer festivals.

 

This course is required by the City of Chicago for all Summer Festival Licenses

Class fee:  $50.00 (Certificate Included)   

Class time: 10:00 am-1:00pm or 2:00pm-5:00pm (depending on the date)
