As a Foodservice operator in the State of Illinois and the City of Chicago, you should have a Certified Manager or Supervisor "at all times food is being handled".
Our approved sanitation classes for the City of Chicago and the State
of Illinois are given weekly with the examinations.
Test results are available in 3-4 weeks. PROGRAM CONTENTS: The Standards for Food Safety, The Growth of the Micro-World, The Safe Food Handler, The Flow of Foods, H.A.C.C.P., Facilities & Equipments, Cleaning & Sanitizing, Pest Control, Code Regulations CLASS FEES:

$95.00 City of Chicago Certificate Only: Current State Certificate
Required CLASS LOCATION: All classes are held at 4935 W. Belmont Ave., Chicago, IL 60641 unless otherwise indicated on the schedule. Examinations are available in the following languages: Spanish, Korean, Chinese, French Canadian, and Japanese. Please indicate the language desired upon registration, so we can order them in advance. |
