H. A. C. C. P. TRAINING IN FOOD SERVICE

Foodservice Educational Seminars, Inc. offers a six hour HACCP training, which will provide you with important information regarding compliance with the city’s Food Service Sanitation Code and assist you in designing a HACCP system for your facility. There are seven important principles of HACCP, which will help you look at food safety and the way you handle food.

                                             Who should attend?                                        Food service managers who hold the Chicago and/or Illinois Department of Public Health Food Service Sanitation Certificate from: Restaurants, grocery stores, long term care facilities, assisted living facilities, school food service and hospitals.

CLASS FEE: $100.00 (Includes class material and Certificate Of Attendance)

CLASS TIME: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
