Program Contents:

Personal Hygiene, Using Thermometers & Keeping Temperature Logs, Receiving & Storing Food Safely, Preparing &Serving Safe Food and Cleaning & Sanitizing.

Class Fee: $65.00 (Includes Class Materials and Certificate of Attendance)
                  (Group Rates and on Location Training Available for a Class of 10 Plus)
